About MoneyForHomesNow

Building relationships and understanding the importance of working together is key in our business. We enjoy using creative strategies and offering multiple options in order to solve problems. Our main focus is helping people relieve the financial and emotional stress of home ownership or an unwanted property. We work with a great group of investors, realtors, contractors, lenders, insurance agents, and lawyers who have all helped us along the way through the trust that has been built over the years. Not only do we take pride in those relationships, we rely on them so we can continue to better serve others who need help as well.

If you want someone to provide you with the best option for your unique situation then please let us help you reach that goal. We believe that relationships create the positive solution that every business needs to be successful. Our services offer you a no hassle, stress free result that puts cash in your pocket. We’re not agents! We’re the people buying your house and we’ll buy it in any condition so don’t clean your house for us. We like it messy! When we all work together, we can achieve more.

Nate Wagner

Nate and his wife Renee moved to the Fox Valley area in 2005 where they started a family and have two kids, Kaleb and Sydney. He has been investing in real estate since 2013 and his main strategies are flipping, wholesaling, and buying and holding properties. Many homeowners have avoided foreclosure through the work of his successful short sales as well. He has a BBA in Marketing from UW Milwaukee and an Associate’s Degree in Technical Communications from Fox Valley Technical College. After coaching his son in football from third through fifth grade, he helped start up the Hortonville Football club and continues to coach as well as serve on the board. He’s also a member of the WiscoREIA and the National REIA here in Appleton. Nate likes to entertain and keep it up beat by making people laugh. A couple of his favorite charities are Wounded Warriors and St Jude’s Hospital.

If you have any questions about how we work or how we can help you avoid foreclosure, we’re more than happy to answer!
